The Kremlin's war machine in Ukraine shows no signs of slowing. Today, the Kherson region suffered significant Russian shelling. It comes as Ukraine mourns those lost in a strike on a Kramatorsk pizza restaurant on Tuesday -- a blast that killed at least twelve people, including three teenage girls. Colombian peace negotiator Sergio Jaramillo was in that restaurant when the missile struck and he joins the program from Brussels.
