Two-time Pulitzer Prize winner Colson Whitehead (author of The Underground Railroad and The Nickel Boys) opens the 92Y Poetry Center's 83rd season with a presentation of his new novel, Harlem Shuffle, followed by a conversation with Vinson Cunningham. A love letter to 1960s New York, Harlem Shuffle is a family saga masquerading as a crime novel, a hilarious morality play, and a social novel about race and power.
