Sometimes you might need a miracle in your life. But oftentimes you oppose God's healing by creating excuses and believing that you are unworthy of it. You tend to elevate your troubles above your faith in God, leading you to believe that you can no longer be saved. But are you aware that you are serving an almighty God? Today, Pastor Mark emphasizes that nothing is impossible for God. When you reach a moment in your life where you can't see any other way, you can ask Jesus for help. You can be confident that your heavenly Father will cure you, or clear a path for you even when you don't see one. All you need to do is trust Him! 

You may have heard the saying "Half knowledge is a dangerous thing." Many new Christians assume that reading the New Testament is sufficient to build their relationship with Jesus. You may find the Old Testament irrelevant and even dull to read. But have you considered how the Old and New Testaments are interconnected? In the message today, Pastor Mark emphasizes the importance of studying the entire Bible. God's Word is written in a way that connects the Old and New Testaments. When you study the entire Bible, you will receive actual knowledge of God's word and be able to solidify your relationship with Jesus!

When you accept Jesus into your heart, He gives you a new calling in life. You may have been told that Jesus has called you to spread the good news of the gospel to those around you. However, you may wonder how you can convey your beliefs if you lack the necessary personality traits. You may watch other preachers and question whether you have the same calling as them. But do you realize that you are not the one who works in the lives of individuals you preach to? Today, Pastor Mark explains how the Holy Spirit controls everything. When you submit to the will of God's spirit, He will guide you and tell you what to say. 

People choose to believe in various Gods, believing that they will provide the solution to all their problems. Addictions can sometimes take control of your life, and you willingly choose to give in to your vulnerabilities. But are you sure who you should serve? In the message today, Pastor Mark teaches that Jesus is the only way to eternal life in heaven. When you choose to believe in Him and make Him your priority, you can be confident that you will overcome any other weaknesses in your life. The God of the Bible is the only God you should worship since Jesus was the only one who died on the cross for your sins!

The Pharisees and priests were so irritated by Christ's comments that they planned to have Him executed. Their feelings for their own religious rules drove them to the point where they were willing to kill someone to protect their religion. Even today, you may encounter people who disagree with you and become defensive about their faith.  In today's message, Pastor Mark emphasizes that Christianity is a relationship rather than a religion. Only through Jesus can you get eternal life. Instead of only following the rules, you can begin to develop a relationship with Jesus!

The enemy usually tries to distract you by adding specific addictions to your life. The results can possibly make you sick. Even when God intends to cure you from your pain, you frequently make excuses and may even defend your addiction at times. You may turn to worldly solutions rather than trusting God to heal you. In today's message, Pastor Mark outlines how you can start submitting to God. He wants you to come to Him willingly and seek His help. Jesus wants to help and cure you. But are you willing to give up your excuses and start relying on His abundant grace? Are you humble enough to seek His help?

There is usually something in our lives that we battle with. It may be an addiction or a bad habit. No matter how hard you try, you may still fail to defeat it. The people of Israel had the same problem. Even though God was with them and met all of their needs, they doubted Him and did what they felt was proper. Have you ever tried putting your faith in God's Word? In today’s message, Pastor Mark explains how God can help you in your time of need. He's capable of doing so. But all He asks of you is that you believe in His Word, love Him with all your heart, and start building a relationship with Him! That’s how you can defeat your weaknesses!

We often see people turn to God when something goes awry in their lives and they desperately need help. And people sometimes become Christians because they think it will bring them happiness and prosperity. But today, Pastor Mark challenges these approaches. Jesus came not to perform, but to love. When you look at your prayer life, how much of it is asking for help, versus simply loving God? Today, Pastor Mark will issue you a challenge: go just a few minutes in prayer without asking for anything. Instead, just be with Him. You’ll find that your love for Jesus will grow, and that’s all that’s important anyway.

It’s easy to think that God loves people like us. And it’s not too hard to talk about Jesus with people who are like ourselves. But what about people who are very different? Today, Pastor Mark reminds us that Jesus Himself set the example, by going to Samaritans, Romans, and all kinds of other people. Who would you find it easy to talk with about Jesus? And who do you think would be a real stretch for you? Today, Pastor Mark encourages each of us to go out of our comfort zones. Who do you know who needs Jesus? Not only someone who is like you but someone who is quite different. What will you do?

Suppose you’ve just eaten a great meal that’s full of tasty and healthy nourishment. Now you’re ready to head to the gym for two hours or tackle that project at work that you’ve been putting off. Today, Pastor Mark asks us to imagine what it would be like if we had that same enthusiasm for the spiritual food that Jesus offers. Jesus found strength that didn’t come from this physical world. It came from His passion for doing the will of His Father in heaven and finishing His work. Today, Pastor Mark explains that God wants to nourish and strengthen you that same way. When you have that passion for God’s work, He’ll give you that strength.
