Come on over the trough, Sheep, and feed on yet another episode of the BHHcast. The shepherds welcome Carlos Rodriguez and Tom Simmons.
Can you take a bunch from a professional boxer? Are kids kept out of the boxing referee ranks because of their early bedtimes? Do the shepherds even know the first thing about boxing?
Cover model, comedian and dental hygiene expert Carlos Rodriguez joins the Flock and checks out the gums of the Sheep. With all of those folks lying to Carlos about flossing, the shepherds have to earn his trust. We learn what resting floss face is. Check out more about Carlos on his website at https://www.carlosrdh.com/ and tune in to his podcast Off Your Flosser (https://offyourflosser.libsyn.com/).
No episode with "Tom Simmons" in the title would be complete without welcoming comedian Tom Simmons to the show. For over two decades he has travelled on national tours, headlined comedy-clubs, won comedy festival awards and made numerous TV appearances on major networks including: Comedy Central, Showtime, BET, Bounce TV, Comedy.TV, Laughs on FOX, and COMICS Unleashed. Following the mantra of "I don't know" (aka inquisitiveness), Tom shares quarantine stories from the early days of the Covid era and explains pro moves for trash talking kid athletes. Oh, and Adam shares some coughing (what else is new). Check out Tom's website at http://www.tomsimmonscomedy.com/.

The herd has been called back for another episode of the BHHcast. The BHHcast is hosted by your shepherds Jamie Bendall, Adam Haigh and Jamie Hernan. On each episode of the BHHcast, the shepherds interview a special guest and a professional, stand-up comedian.
In this episode, Bendall discusses weak spots in systems, and the guys discuss their experiences (or lack thereof) going to the gym. The titles "His Excellency" and "Your Humble Servant" are introduced to the Flock.
On this episode, our special guest is Bob Trammell (Website), the former minority leader of the Georgia House of Representatives and one of the Democratic electors for the State of Georgia in the 2020 presidential election. Amongst his many accolades, he is just an all around good guy who has served his community for years in many different ways. Bob is a graduate of the University of Georgia and the University of Virginia School of Law. During his illustrious career, he has worked at an international law firm, served as a county attorney, formed his own law firm in Luthersville, Georgia, and served the people of Georgia as an elected official. He was first elected to the Georgia House of Representatives in 2014 and served until 2020, as the Democratic Leader since 2017. The guys discuss politics and life with Bob, and what it is like being targeted by the opposing party's national reelection committee as their #1 state legislative target nationwide to remove from office.
Mike Speenberg (Website) is welcomed to the BHHcast as our comedian guest - although he makes clear that he is a "comic" and not a "comedian." Don't discuss mortality with Mike, or he might pass out on you. Mike has been seen on Dry Bar Comedy and has performed on five continents. Mike has been featured on Fox, CNN, TBS, Comedy Central Radio, and the Armed Forces Network. In 2021, Mike will be traveling to Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Kuwait to support American troops abroad.
Be sure to check out upcoming episodes of the BHHcast with a range of interesting guests from Taylor Williamson - the runner up on Season 8 of America's Got Talent, Marcus Harvey - world renowned barber and host of Ghost Brothers on TLC, Al Ernst - Carnival Cruise Line's Entertainer of the Year (twice), and more. Each episode delivers a special guest and comedian with your hosts asking the philosophical question to each guest of what is their Meat and Three (TM).

We welcome our sheep back to another episode of the BHHcast. Guys you'd love to have as neighbors or co-workers, Jamie Bendall, Adam Haigh and Jamie Hernan interview interesting people, collect interesting stories and laugh every episode with a comedian.
Learn how Adam purchased the world's most expensive pie and hear the guys discuss Disney jail. Bendall brags about having met Phil Simms and explains how he destroyed a Mickey Mantle signed item. We also learn about his aversion to certain meats and desserts.
On this episode, our special guest is Hans Appen from Appen Media, a pillar of the North Atlanta community and publishers of the Alpharetta Roswell Herald, Forsyth Herald, Johns Creek Herald, Milton Herald, Blackbox and Dunwoody Crier. Appen Media has been providing news to the Metro Atlanta area for decades. We learn what is on Hans' business card and what are his Meat and Threes, and discuss the current state of media and the world of publishing. Bendall openly admits to having never read a Harry Potter book to any of his children, right after Hans expresses his love for books and disdain for television (except maybe cooking shows). Find the Appen Media publications on northfulton.com.
Jerry Rocha is our comedian guest for this episode, bringing his tell-it-like-it-is, no holds barred comedy stylings. Jerry has been a working comic since he was a teenager. He was a semi-finalist on Season 7 on NBC's "Last Comic Standing" and has appeared on many other television programs and performed around the country. Gamers will recognize Jerry as retrorocha on Twitch, where his followers can watch his gaming while hearing some jokes along the way.

Welcome Sheep to the Flock and the next episode of the BHHcast, hosted by your favorite shepherds. Guys you'd love to have as neighbors or co-workers, Jamie Bendall, Adam Haigh and Jamie Hernan interview interesting people, collect interesting stories and laugh every episode with a comedian.
Listen along and experience the moment the hosts decide on the name of the podcast and the flock is started. The shepherds discuss the preferred bunk in prison, reminisce about the good 'ol days browsing Spencer's Gifts and come up with a story line for the next Paul Blart - Mall Cop movie.
On this episode, our special guest is Michael Rozmajzl (TikTok), father of Tik-Tok and Instagram superstars Katerina Rozmajzl (Instagram | TikTok) - Miss Georgia 2019, Victoria Rozmajzl (Instagram | TikTok), Alexi Rozmajzl (Instagram | TikTok), Mariana Rozmajzl (Instagram | TikTok), and the twins Ella and Emma Rozmajzl (Instagram | TikTok). Be sure to check out and follow @therozmajzls and all of Rozie's daughters on social media. Sheep, let them know you are part of the Flock.
Comedian Natty Bumpercar (Website) of the Bumperpodcast (Link) is welcomed to the BHHcast. Natty Bumpercar joins the BHHcast from his home town of Coffee-Can Alley where he lives with his band of malcontents Irving Brown Socks, Spot Elliot, and Peanut Lou - and his wife and kids. Natty tells the guys that his experience on the BHHcast was the best experience of his entire evening, yet then discusses being brought to tears and the emotional pain associated with being invited onto the BHHcast. Plenty of laughs are found between the tears. We even learn how the word "frog" can be a curse word. What is on Natty's business card, and what are his meat and threes? Tune in to find out. The therapy session with Natty ends with Broken Bits (TM), as the BHHcast team helps Natty work through a bit that just isn't quite working. Be careful if you are offered chocolate in the Bumpercar household.

When the Comedy Roundtable was first created, it was called the BHHcast (pronounced "Bah"-cast). Your hosts for the show are Jamie Bendall, Adam Haigh and Jamie Hernan. In the beginning, with a play on words related to the former show name, we referred to our listeners as the "Sheep" and the hosts as the "Shepherds." This episode describes how the show came to be. A lot has changed since then, so not sure this is the best place to begin. But, if you have run out of recent episodes to binge listen to and want to dive into the Comedy Roundtable past, check out this episode.
This is an interview style, comedy podcast in which we interview stand up comedians and special guests with incredible back stories. So, it is only fitting that we have no guest on episode one.
You'll learn a little bit about the origin story of the Comedy Roundtable. Who is that Terry guy and will he someday be referred amongst the likes of Pete Best. We learn that Bendall already has an exit strategy - maybe taking the "Always Be Prepared" mantra a bit far.
The Comedy Roundtable is here for your joy and entertainment. Please like and subscribe to the podcast wherever you consume it so you will be alerted whenever a new episode is dropped. You can expect that episodes will generally be released on Tuesday mornings; however, we hope to also have bonus content released from time to time.
This is the Comedy Roundtable. Please enjoy.
