Joey is a small business owner and tech out of the Montgomery Alabama area. I wanted him on because he does an amazing job for his customers. He is very thorough and does a phenomenal job explaining what he found and how it was or will be corrected.

PMs in this industry have gotten a bad wrap. between guys rushing through them, not following guidelines, or flat out doing a poor job. we need to step up and do a better job with the pm programs. Send the top tier technicians that you know will do it correctly. I do not like to do them, but guess what? You can can save your customer from costly repairs and down time by just doing them correctly.

Take some pride in your work and just do the right thing. the rest will fall into place.
