Accepting our own humanity isn’t easy, but for me, it’s been critical in my own journey of navigating depression.
In this episode, I get real and raw about my story of accepting my humanity. I know a lot of times, we can get caught up in the idea of there being a silver bullet that will make all of our problems go away.
I explain my thoughts on why this isn’t necessarily the case and how you can begin to show yourself more love, grace and compassion by accepting your flaws and what makes you human!
What you’ll find in this episode:
A segment on what I’m currently creating
Why it’s so tempting to crave a silver bullet to “fix” our problems
How learning to embrace your humanity will help you
Why you need to give yourself love and compassion
