I can personally attest to hygge and that there’s something special about this Danish phenomenon. You might be asking, what is hygge and how does it relate to me and my life?

Making friends seems to be more challenging as we grow older. Are we making it harder than it has to be?

Today, we are continuing our theme of love! So let me ask you: Is it possible to improve our relationships without the other person changing at all?

So often we want to evaluate or assess relationships by what we imagine the other people might be thinking about us. But we don’t have control over what other people think. Paying attention to our own thoughts about someone else and understanding those thoughts is what makes our relationships so powerful.
