Jimmy was born in a small village in
the Northern part of Quebec,
Canada, in an area where large
scale communication with others
was very limited. From a very
young age, Jimmy started being
interested and developed a passion
for radio communication, which
allowed him to contact with ease
people from around the world. At
the age of 12 Jimmy has passed
the test and obtained the license to
become officially a radio amateur. This allowed him to expand the ability to
interact with more people and participate in contact contests. It was a great
accomplishment for his young age. This also encouraged Jimmy to develop
further his interest in communication with people in remote areas of the planet.

In 2016 Jimmy developed a unique antenna for Moonbounce Communication

which allowed him to communicate across the planet with other like-minded

people using the Moon as a passive reflector, as another platform for

communication. Jimmy published his work and his engineered creation in
specialized magazines sharing with others his invention called TARP.

In 2017 Jimmy’s desire of communicating with others expanded to

interplanetary communication. He repurposed his radio station and
TARP antenna for communication with non-human intelligence.
Jimmy’s endeavor was strongly supported by his children and wife, who are
completely in tune with his search for extraterrestrial life. Jimmy continued to

explore more possibilities for contact with civilizations from far out this world.

Since 2018 Jimmy worked tirelessly to develop a First Contact Protocol (FCP),
which gives the possibility to mankind to establish contact with

nonhuman intelligence, and hopefully help humanity to integrate the Galactic

Federation of Worlds. He strongly believes that the Humanity will be reunited
with its Galactic Family in the near future.
