This is especially tough when it pertains to something we do a lot. The problem is when we encounter the “bad monkey syndrome” (and it’s not even the monkey’s fault).
Two different lessons to learn from when communication goes wrong. In one corner a toy titan (Mattel) on how to respond when there is a lack of attention breakdown. In the other corner, a twenty year military veteran and base commander who appears to have lost touch of who she reports to and whose base she was running.

Discussion in this episode includes four elements of crisis communication covered in the crisis communication lessons webinar. Also covered is an overview of informal learning networks including how they can help you and your business.
