Hey everyone! I wanted you to listen to Kristen's episode so you would be prepared for this week's discussion, which will release within the hour. Both episodes are great listens and packed with information about neurodivergent peoples. Enjoy!
The long-anticipated episode with Special Guest Kristen Huyett... Special guest Kristen Huyett flew in from Oregon to join us on Off the Beaten Path today to talk about ADHD. So much great insight in understanding circular thinking, a difference (not a deficit!) in attention, reducing stigma and increasing support!! Parents of adolescents, spouses married to someone with ADHD, you'll want to check this out!

Hey all,
We are so excited to be back! We fired up the ol' laptops and recorded from home. This week is a lot to process, so don't hesitate to take a break during the episode to take a deep breath, drink a glass of water, or to take a walk outside. I hope in this time of uncertainty that our episode is helpful in describing some of the emotions we go through during crises like this.
Love from me and the whole crew

Hey neighbors!
We are sending our love to the CR community and the world, as we all are impacted by the coronavirus. We will be on the air again in April.
In the meantime, I would encourage you to listen to the original three episodes of Community Routes. They're our older episodes, so they still have the radio interruptions, but I thought this series was relevant to what we are all going through. We made these episodes to help combat an emotional crisis.
Please reach out on Facebook, Instagram, or Email to talk!

Hey y'all, Samuel here. I hope you all are doing well and staying healthy! During this pandemic, I think practicing resiliency can be helpful; a huge adjustment, work, kids, and others can be difficult during this time. Take a deep breath and listen to the CR team...
This week we discuss the ACES Test and resiliency. ACES (Adverse Childhood Experiences) and what is not included in that list. What else to be on the lookout for and how to cultivate resiliency.
