Competitive Literature

When Grace first met her future father-in-law and data scientist Doug Freud, he insisted she read a particular book. A book he brings up in just about every conversation they've ever had. Doug joins Julie and Grace to discuss that book: Sapiens by Yuval Noah Harari.

Grace and Julie kick off Competitive Literature with world renowned book reader (Lolita Podcast) and book eater (she ate Infinite Jest) Jamie Loftus! She decides which of our hosts has the better opinions about A Series of Unfortunate Events.

Follow Jamie @JamieLoftusHelp on Twitter and listen to The Bechdel Cast and Lolita Podcast, out now wherever podcasts are squawking.

Competitive Literature, a podcast about which of our hosts, Julie Greiner and Grace Thomas (ClickHole, Funny or Die, The Onion), has the best opinions about some of the greatest and least greatest works of literature, is coming this January!
