Struggling to love your body? Obsessed with your weight? Blaming your coffee creamer for those extra 4 pounds? I've been there. Queens don't have time to stress about that. I've never been overweight, but those 3 numbers on the scale used to weigh heavily on my self worth and determine how worthy I felt one day to the next. Welcome to the Foundations series of Confidently She. These episodes are designed to give you an inside look at my approach to body anxiety. Confidently She is the perspective you're missing to own your self worth, build solid self trust, and develop body confidence. So you can enjoy your incredibly life (let's just be honest). This is only the beginning - check out all the tools and trainings at www.confidentlyshepodcast.com. • Who is She?

I'm Rebekah Buege (Biggie) - here's a taste of what's in store for you during the Foundations series of Confidently She. Each one of these 5 fresh episodes are scheduled to release on the 2nd of every month from February - June. It's easier for me to talk about myself in the 3rd person. Who is Rebekah? She's a sister to 4 siblings, a daughter to parents married for over 35 years, and an aunt to 5 sweet nephews and 1 niece (biological and more). She's a top sales associate helping executives solve issues before they happen at companies you've definitely heard of. She has medals from half and full marathons - trophies from state and national speech championships - awards from choir contest. She grew up in Minnesota and moved to Los Angeles during the pandemic. She judged the Miss California pageant. She started violin lessons. She's a Scorpio. She's writing a book. There's more, but I'm getting bored. Everything gained momentum after unpacking the resistance I carried around femininity. I continue to develop and strengthen my identity beyond the approval of others - and it activates confidence. I coach women privately to create this in their relationship with their body. This series is a drop in the ocean of what Confidently She has to offer, but we'll get to that later. Follow on Instagram @confidently.she to get more strong, independent vibes in your life, queen. Love this? Good. Subscribe and share.

  • 8 | Fitness & what to do when motivation wears off

Motivation only lasts a week or so - then you start digging deeper into the values and beliefs you have around your fitness goals. • 7 | Why your brain compares your body - and how to stop

Comparing yourself to validate your worth leads to deep insecurity...which is a problem because we're conditioned to compare our bodies against cultural beauty standards and other women. Instead of telling you to "stop comparing" I want to offer context for comparison and what types of comparisons are interesting to humans...so you understand why you're drawn to compare - and eventually you can redirect your thoughts to more interesting topics.
