In this episode, I chat with Sarah, a yoga, breathwork and meditation teacher - with a focus on the practice of yin yoga.
In a busy world, dedicating space for ourselves, to slow down and nurture or bodies, is not always easy.
When we feel discomfort we can often choose to numb our emotions, stay distracted and suppress how we truly feel.
We discuss the benefits of finding the time to connect better with yourself and your body, and how this can support your growth.

In this episode, I chat with Zahra a trauma informed psychologist, qualified in a breadth of modailities including schema therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and EMDR.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a treatment that is designed to alleviate the distress associated with traumatic memories. It involves focusing on a specific memory while simultaneously following a moving object with your eyes or listening to alternating sounds.
This process helps reprocess the traumatic memory, reducing its emotional impact.
Today’s topic is the inner critic, and the outer critic, the voices of judgement which impact ourselves and those around us. Listen as we discuss what role it serves, how we can move towards compassion and how EMDR can support the underlying cause.

In this episode, I chat with Caoimhe Gibney who is a physio, advanced breathwork practitioner - and also teaches yoga and pilates.
Today’s topic is stories, as humans, we use stories to create meaning about our life, however it doesn’t mean they are always helpful, or true.
We delve into where stories come from, how and if they serve us; and the process towards letting them go.
Whilst listening - ask yourself, what story may be holding you back?
