Attempting to answer this false dichotomy would only make me look foolish.

I’ve had the opportunity to witness transformative EI growth in the many teams I’ve worked with over the years; however, there are s ome who must  work harder than others. More often than not, many have an inborn characteristic but don’t have the ability to recognize it.
