Let me be real with you, fat is hard.
Losing it is even harder when your body doesn’t want to let go.

If you've been stuck for a while, you're not crazy, your hormones might be holding you hostage. I was 365 pounds with a 65-inch waist. Breathing heavy. High blood pressure. On meds. Pre-diabetic and dangerously close to needing insulin. Triglycerides off the charts. I was a walking heart attack.

And I tried.
 I pushed.
 But nothing stuck, because my testosterone was tanked and my system was broken.

Then I made a decision.
 I got blood work done. I found the right doctor.
 ✅ Testosterone therapy.
 ✅ Fasting, dry and water.
 ✅ Weight training.
 ✅ Discipline.

I torched 135 pounds of fat.
 I went from size 65 pants to 34.
 My blood pressure normalized. I tossed the meds.
 I went from surviving to thriving.

Later, I saw another doctor who questioned everything.
 Tried to guilt me about the testosterone therapy.
 Said, “You would’ve been better off trying to lose the fat without it.”

I said: “Doc, are you serious? I was dying.”

This was MY road. And it worked. I didn’t take steroids. I took my life back.

Here’s the truth:
 👉 If you’re stuck, tired, and gaining fat despite effort, get your hormones checked.
 👉 Don’t listen to keyboard critics. Listen to your body.
 👉 Find a legit doctor who treats patients, not just charts.

💥 Fat loss isn’t one-size-fits-all.
