Hello, I'm Connor with Honor. Today, I want to share my journey from weighing 365 pounds to 230 pounds in just seven and a half months. I've been fat for most of my life, with only brief periods of being less so. At my heaviest, I had a 65-inch waist. It wasn't until my early 50s that I decided to make a change. Through fasting and other lifestyle adjustments, I managed to lose 135 pounds in just over seven months. This journey wasn't easy, and it's far from over, it's a continuous process.

1. Real and Relatable Experience: Unlike many fitness gurus, I'm not here to sell you a product or a one-size-fits-all solution. I'm sharing my real, raw experiences and what worked for me. If I can inspire even one person to make a positive change, I've achieved my goal.

• Sold Listings (Last Week): 48 homes have found new owners.
• Properties in Escrow: 52 homes are currently under contract.

Property Types:

Single-family residences are what most people think of, standalone homes with different configurations. Some might share a common wall with a neighbor, especially in older developments 🏡. Newer homes might have zero lot lines, meaning your property line might extend into your neighbor's yard for maintenance purposes 🛠️.

Average Days on Market:

• Valencia: 35 days from listing to sale. 🏡 Typical 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom homes are moving quickly!
• Castaic: 42 days, slightly longer but still brisk!
• Saugus and Newhall: 30 to 40 days.

Price Changes:

We’re seeing 60 to 70 price changes every week, mostly reductions 📉. These aren’t huge cuts, typically $3,000 to $10,000. Sellers adjust prices when their homes aren't getting offers. It’s a reflection of the current market conditions and sometimes an emotional reaction from sellers who might think there's something wrong with their property.

Commission Concessions:

The big change coming up is the removal of commission offers from the MLS due to a lawsuit. Here’s what that means for you:

Embarking on the journey from fat to fit is not merely a physical transformation; it's a holistic overhaul of one's body, mind, and spirit. As someone who has lived through the struggle of battling obesity, I can attest to the profound impact that fasting, hormone optimization, and mental resilience can have on this journey.

Fasting: Torch the Fat

Fasting, the practice of abstaining from food for extended periods, is a powerful tool in the fat loss arsenal. By giving your body a break from constant digestion, fasting allows it to tap into stored fat for energy. This metabolic switch not only torches fat but also promotes cellular repair and improves metabolic health.

During my transformation, I embraced various forms of fasting, from intermittent fasting to multiple-day water fasts. These periods of not eating gave my body the opportunity to burn through its fat stores, accelerating weight loss in a natural and effective way. Fasting also helped me develop a healthier relationship with food, learning to listen to my body's true hunger signals rather than succumbing to emotional eating.

Hormone Levels: Fix the Fat Issues

This approach ensured that my body was operating at its optimal level, making fat loss more efficient and sustainable.

Mental Fortitude: Overcoming Self-Sabotage

Perhaps the most challenging aspect of the fat-to-fit journey is overcoming the mental barriers that often lead to self-sabotage. Our brains are wired to seek comfort and avoid discomfort, making it easy to fall back into unhealthy habits.

Building mental fortitude requires a deep commitment to self-awareness and self-discipline. I had to confront the negative thought patterns and emotional triggers that led to overeating and inactivity. This meant developing new coping strategies, such as mindfulness, positive affirmations, and setting realistic, achievable goals.

Support systems also played a vital role. Surrounding myself with like-minded individuals and professionals who understood my journey provided the encouragement and accountability needed to stay on track.
