Yo! Conor Creighton is writer, journalist, meditation guru and all round sound chap. He spent much of his childhood in Kildare but legged it as soon as he could, heading for Germany. He's has many the incarnations from nightclub barman to Gonzo style journalist to war correspondent - he's been there, done that, went to the after party. Now with his new book 'This is it' he's trying to get to those hard to reach places - men who don't buy into the self care ethos. He's a great guest and its a great book. Buy it, you'll feel better.
