“Then the eyes of both were opened, and they knew that they were naked. And they sewed fig leaves together and made themselves loincloths” (Genesis 3:7). The eyes of Adam and Eve were opened to their own nakedness which led to shame and caused them to shrink back from the presence of God. The knowledge of good and evil ruined the way that Adam and Eve viewed themselves and God. 

In this podcast, Peter explains how through Jesus and His works we can now walk with a clear conscience before God which Adam and Eve first had before their eyes were opened to the knowledge of good and evil.
