      • 030| How to Use Storytelling In Your Captions

        1. I share with you why storytelling is important - especially when considering the implications of social distancing and isolation as a result of Covid-19 measures. Now more than ever persons are craving connection and sharing stories can help persons connect with you faster. 
        2. Then, I share how you can utilize storytelling in your captions. The first way is a "Before and After" caption where you're comparing 3-4 factors that changed over a period of time. 
        3. The next type of caption is the "Come Up" caption where you share a particular milestone that you've reached in your business. It can be any type of milestone and you get to decide. 
        4. The final type is where you share your client experience and narrate how you felt or what you did to make this possible. 
        5. Then I ended by letting you know that your stories are not about you, they're a way for your audience to connect and relate to you better so always highlight the lessons or takeaways.

              6. 028| Increase Your Authority with These Content Types

                INSIDE OF EPISODE 28

                1. I share with you the top 5 content types to help you increase your authority and be taken seriously online. This episode focuses on the how when it comes to communicating, not what you communicate. 
                2. The first content type I focused on is Lives where you get to share a real life moment with your audience. I mention that this should be treated as an evergreen content type that stays on your profile forever and always use the first few seconds to hook persons to watch the replay. I then went into how you can structure the live in 5 parts (Introduce energy, introduce topic, then introduce yourself, then go into the substance of the live and end with your specific call to action).
                3. The second content type I focused on is IGTVs between 1-3 minutes since this is a great type to educate and shift your audience's perspectives on specific topics. IGTV's are very binge able and a fast way for persons to get to know you and what you stand for. 
                4. The third type is repurposed tweets as they are easy to consume and create and it sends the message that you have something important or relevant to say. 
                5. The fourth type of content was professional branded photos with relevant captions. The branded photos helps to stop the scroll and the captions can incorporate storytelling to relate to your audience more. 
                6. The fifth and final content type is results and testimonials - This boosts your authority because it tells your audience that you're not full of fluff and that your service actually worked for others.

                    6. 027| CEO Mindset Jewels with Anna Furu

                      INSIDE OF EPISODE 27

                      1. I'm joined by Anna Furu, Business and Mindset Coach who shares with you some CEO Mindset tips and knowledge to help you scale more in your business while you work less. 
                      2. Anna shares how mindset determines 80% of whether you succeed in your business, make money and sign clients. 
                      3. She also dived deep on the top limiting beliefs that business owners faced when it comes to running their business such as "I am not good enough", "I don't have enough followers", "No one cares what I have to say", "People think I'm weird", "No one takes me seriously", "I'm not a good coach" and specifically "I am not seeing instant results with the strategy I'm using" or "I am not seeing instant results so I need to change my strategy". 
                      4. She then shared mindset jewels or tips to help you strengthen your CEO Mindset such as "Simplicity - getting a mentor or coach who can give you simple strategies to implement", "Consistency - following particular strategies for a period of time" and "Abundance mindset - positively reframe your situation to always see the benefit of it"
                      5. Specifically for entrepreneurs, she recommended taking messy action in your business and detaching from the outcome. 
                      6. When asked what she would tell 2018 Anna that was frustrated, tired and and ready to give up and she said "Don't give up, it will get better!'.
                      7. The one thing Anna does to prevent her from being overwhelmed and hitting burnout is outsourcing and delegating and weekend social media detoxes.
