Jenna Melanson was the last one in at the Trials for the Steeplechase. She made the most out of her opportunity.

After a trying season of trying to get an Auto Qualifying, she was grateful to be around the stars of the sport on the starting line.

An MIT grad, Jenna experience a few set backs and refound her love for the sport during COVID.

She used her grad season eligibility at the University of British Columbia where she won a Steeple national title and lowered a PB down to 10:13.

She goes in-depth on her balance of getting her Ph.D while chasing elite times.
