Is the proposed price reasonable? Is it realistic? Compared to what? And what do you even mean by reasonable and realistic? Good questions!
Kevin and Paul discuss how government proposal evaluators must find the balance between prices that are too high or unfairly high for the circumstances (reasonable) and too low to allow the contractor to execute or make a profit (realistic). And don't forget - the industry folks who are building the bid face the same challenges.
