This week Jerrad and Dom talk about all of the pre-E3 2019 news and announcements that are coming out. This includes Square Enix confirming Marvel's Avengers will be revealed during their conference, Death Stranding getting an extensive trailer and 2019 release plus much more. They end the show by going over the reveal of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and what it means for not only Infinity Ward, but the Call of Duty franchise moving forward into the next generation of consoles.
This week the guys go over the recently released NPD numbers for April 2019. They talk about Days Gone's success despite its critical reception and what Switch's continued sales success means for the next generation of consoles. They close out by discussing Activision's huge shakeup concerning the development of Call of Duty's 2020 entry, which was reported by Jason Schreier of Kotaku.
This week the guys cover the Super Mario Maker 2 Direct that showcased everything new in the follow-up sequel to the Wii U beloved title. There was also news about a cloud-based technology partnership between Sony and Microsoft. They talk about what the partnership means and why it happened. They finish by covering the reveal of Ghost Recon: Breakpoint, discussing the features and narrative, and why the game looks more than promising.

This week there wasn't really much going on in the world of video games with E3 2019 right around the corner. The guys go over the pair of disappointing Persona 5 revelations as well as Days Gone's critical reception and how it missed the mark. NPD numbers for March 2019 were finally released and it was great news for Nintendo in the world of hardware, and of course, a great month of sales for Ubisoft with the launch of The Division 2.
