Kraig Underwood returns to the show to talk more about the coaching side of his wrestling career! He discusses his coaching roots in Stratford before moving to Marathon, and how with the help of Dan and Dan he helped an upstart Marathon high school program. He talks about the growth in the community over his years and coaching, and how he has worked on getting individuals to enjoy the sport. We then discuss the shift to more team-based goals and his goals for the program moving forward. Kraig gives a lot of great stories and advices for any coaches looking to build their programs!
