We walk through five questions we use to test any inner message—whether it aligns with Scripture, targets identity or behavior, draws us toward or away from God, carries hope, and brings peace to the body or agitation. Along the way, we practice slowing down, breathing, and picturing Jesus beside us as we remember that we are adopted, not enslaved to fear.
