Copilots Review

Today's in-flight entertainment isn't technically a holiday tv show, but it does take place during December and does mention Christmas which we know is enough for some people to call this a Christmas show (looking at you "Die Hard is a Christmas movie" people). More intriguing than potentially being a Christmas show is the fact that the in-flight entertainment for this flight is exclusive to the Chick-fil-A Play streaming app. That's right passengers the fast food chicken sandwich juggernaut has planted their flag in the realm of video streaming services and done so with a debut Chick-fil-A Original show. This is our review of Legends of Evergreen Hills, the first and perhaps only full length animated series produced and distributed by a fast food company on their own proprietary streaming service.

We do apologize for the delay, it is unfortunate but completely the fault of Geoff Keighley. Our normal interior cockpit discussion was delayed by the tenth anniversary of the Video Game Awards and everything that that entailed. It did however also provide us with a solid topic for this months interstitial conversation and so here we present our thoughts, opinions and facts regarding the 2024 Video Game Awards.

This is the fifth year of Copilots and the honest truth is after spending five years reviewing holiday themed shows we are starting to run out of options. But luckily we aren't out of options yet! We kick off this holiday season with a crackle as we review renowned filmmaker George Ford's iconic holiday series Fireplace for Your Home, a series that takes bold risks as it seeks to bring an artificial warmth to your holiday gatherings.

We did it, we made it. It's been one hundred episodes and nearly 5 years and we are still here taking flights and providing in flight media reviews for your ears. We want to thank you for flying with us for what is our historic one hundredth flight. We considered doing something special but instead we just reviewed what has become one of our current weekly watches, the NBC show The Irrational.

Your favorite pilots invite you back into the cockpit where we discuss the media that's been keeping us sane in these insane times. This month specifically we talk about what we believe to be the top anime this season, a tv show often lauded as one of the best, classic computer game Peggle and dive into politics with regard to DC's iconic will they/won't they couple Superman & Lex Luthor.

We have returned from a month long trip into an unknown realm known only as the Twilight Zone. But there's no respite for our passengers or our airline as we once more go into the unknown depths that can only be found Over the Garden Wall. Join us for this flight celebrating the ten year anniversary of this acclaimed Cartoon Network original series.

It's been a month long adventure into the depths of the Twilight Zone but unfortunately for our journey this year's Fright Flight draws closed the door into that twisted elsewhere between here and nowhere. But fear not for we still have time before the curtains fall, come along with us as we fly for one last time into the Twilight Zone.

Welcome back for another flight, and apologies for the turbulence that we are experiencing. It seems that we are slipping from a world of neither light nor dark but something in between, a twilight, into another world that is similar in many ways but different, into a different twilight. We hope you enjoy this flight and the upcoming fright flight as we enter into the The Twilight Zone.

We welcome you back on board for another flight but do apologize for the turbulence that we are experiencing. It seems that we are slipping from our world into one that is similar but different in subtle and important ways. A world of neither light nor dark but something in between, a twilight. We hope you enjoy this flight and the upcoming flights throughout this month as we enter into the depths of The Twilight Zone.
