Picture yourself sitting in tall grass. Coqui frogs call to each other creating a soothing song. Gentle waves lap against the shore in the distance. Relax and close your eyes. Let the sounds of the coqui frogs pull away your anxiety. Focus on the soothing sound of nature. Your heart rate slows. Everything is calm and serene.

Why I made this soundscape:

This coqui soundscape is for all the folks from Puerto Rico and Hawaii who are living on the main land, and need a little touch of home to sleep or relax. I’ve been putting the coqui songs on as well. At three AM it quickly makes me forget about possibly losing my job. And I stop going over the meeting I’ll be having next week. I hope it does the same for you.
