Corero Network Security is a leading provider of distributed denial of service (DDoS) protection solutions, specializing in automatic detection and protection solutions that includes network visibility, analytics, and reporting tools.

According to Corero’s annual DDoS Threat Intelligence Report they recently published, there has been a 300% increase in carpet bomb attacks in 2022 compared to 2021, over seven times as many Mirai-like DDoS attacks in 2022 than in 2021 and twice as many DDoS attacks targeting DNS (Domain Name System) services in 2022 than in 2020.
