We are amid a great storm right now, and what we need to do as a people is trust in Jesus.

This morning Dr. Dry talked about the moments prior to the flood. You can never be a failure if you're doing what God has called you to do. You matter because of your works.

From the study of Dr. Dry: In preparation for Easter, and because we cannot meet together on Wednesday nights, we are going to be studying the biblical events that surround the crucifixion and the resurrection!

This morning we talked about Noah and the ark God specifically told him to build.

Genesis is vital to understand the entire Word of God. Animals took part in the fall, which is why God destroyed them as well. Be like Noah.

God's grace, while patient does not last forever. This theme is well-shown in the narrative of the Nephilim and the story of Noah. Noah was a godly man in an ungodly generation.

Men are vital to the Church! Men are vital to the family! Men are the backbone to society! Jesus was a "man's man". So be strong men!

We must take all life seriously, because God take it seriously! We are made in the image of God therefore life is vitally important and must not be taken away.

God's plan is certain. The trip is difficult. The men were leading. Their desire was realized.

This is a time of year for new beginnings, and to focus our attention on the LORD Jesus.
