Our God is eternal and he encourages his people. He exalts his Son, and because of that His power is evident. What we need to do is be like Mary and trust the Lord.

We can't forget the reason for the season because when we do all hope is lost.

This week we celebrate what the world calls thanksgiving, but as Christians we get to be thankful all the time! This morning we talked about how we see thankfulness in Genesis 5.

It matters who our family was, is, and will be! We need to understand that we are vitally important to one another and to God's family. We were created in the image of God but born in the likeness of men.

With great persecution comes great reward. We learn from letters like Romans that Paul too was persecuted for his faith, yet he pursued on! We need to be more watchful because we will find more persecution in the days ahead!

God's providence, his divine plan prevails! The Bible is a book about God, not about us.

Soul winning is one of the most important command in Scripture and we must be diligent about it as Christians! This morning we talked about how to share the gospel in our community well!

This morning Dr. Dry discussed what communion looked like in the context of the Last Supper and what it means for us today. We then together took communion as a local assembly of believers.

Next Sunday is the Feast of Trumpets and it would be the best time for the Lord to come back! It would not be loving of God to not give us a date when he will come back for us! God is coming back for His bride and we must be prepared for it!

We learned about the consequences to Cain's false religion and how that applies to us today. We talked about his departure, decision, determination, and defiance. Cain wanted God's assurance but not his favor.
