I wanted to take a moment to address the unarmed shooting of Jacob Blake in Kenosha Wisconsin by the police. Black Men I love you and support you. Working while Black isn't easy during incidents like this are rough but, your feelings are valid. Take mental days as you need. 

Can Normani come and be my motivation at work because I am sorely out of it? This week on Floor 14 I'm talking about the lack of motivation at work and running on the never-ending hamster wheel. When there is just no progress being made but, you've still been giving it your all. 

This week is not floor 13. I repeat NOT Floor 13. We're just having a little skip-level and talking about work personas and the sharing of social media accounts with others. I even breakdown a time where CJ slipped into the office as opposed to Corporate Courtney. 

This week I'm talking disrespect in the workplace and managing up. As any decent Bomanizer stan (Bojito) knows you can be so disrespected you decide to pass away. I, however, can't just die at work. So handling unfortunate situations in a professional manner is not easy but possible.  I'll walk you through managing superiors in a tactful way and handling disrespect from authority figures. I also feel myself a little too hard but forgive me I'm stressed.
