In a more serious tone, they discuss the Corporate Transparency Act, legislation that would require millions of LLCs across the country to file an extra form in the name of preventing money laundering. How will this be enforced for small businesses? Because a $500/day late fine can easily become unpayable. They question the government's understanding of the underlying issue and whether they truly believe this is a quick fix.
