In 2015, an aura reader told Ciara Rubin she was meant to be a spiritual teacher and leader. She thought the lady was crazy, but trusted a tiny gut feeling to look into it. Since then, Ciara has helped thousands of people with her intuitive work, often getting the high praise of, “how did you know that?!”

After realizing that EVERYONE can develop their intuitive and psychic abilities, Ciara started a business to spread the message. As an empath with powerful clairvoyance and clairaudience, Ciara leans on her intuition to guide all decisions in her life. This led her on a pilgrimage to Egypt, a cross country adventure that saved her marriage, and the empowered home-births of her two sons.

In this episode, we talk about how Ciara stepped into this role, what her definition of intuition is, and the "Clairs". She also shares with you two practical exercises that you can do RIGHT NOW to develop or deepen your intuitive listening.

For this episode, you'll want to look up your own Chiron placement for a personalized message! Head to www.astro-charts.com (or any other online natal/birth chart calculator site that you prefer). You will be prompted to enter the date, time, and location of your birth. Once you that, you will see a large circle with symbols and lines. Scroll down past this circle to view a list of planets and constellations, also known as signs. Look for Chiron, and next to it you should see the sign, or constellation, that Chiron was in at the exact moment of your birth. Then look below for your personal December message based on your Chiron sign!

Show others that it is possible to...

Chiron in Aries: follow your deepest desires and what makes you happy even without the approval of others.

Chiron in Taurus: have all the things you desire including money, possessions, etc. even if you don’t feel worthy.

Chiron in Gemini: speak up to share your thoughts and ideas even if you feel like an imposter.

Chiron in Cancer: let your guard down and allow yourself to be loved and nurtured by others.

Chiron in Leo: showcase your talents and abilities without coming across as boastful or bragging.

Chiron in Virgo: let go of perfectionism and try something new, even when the possibility of failure exists.

Chiron in Libra: find balance by giving and receiving equally in your time, energy, and relationships.

Chiron in Scorpio: release anxiety, worries, and fears about losing something you love. You are not powerless.

Chiron in Sagittarius: cast away the rules from religion, culture, or society and create your own set of beliefs.

Chiron in Capricorn: release the need to control every detail, and be more gentle with yourself instead.

Chiron in Aquarius: accept the ways in which you are different from others and find friends who appreciate you.

Chiron in Pisces: have faith in a greater plan for your life and trust the universe to take care of you.

Knowing what is happening in the cosmos astrologically and energetically is huge in understanding why we feel the way we do and why things can  change so drastically month to month and even day to day. The more we know, the more we know.

Little did Luisa Niakan know when she showed up for ‘The Homecoming Retreat’ that she was going to be healing generations before her too.

This episode is a perfect story  of generational healing in real life, what it looks like and the impact it makes priority to the healing and after!

True full circle healing.

Generationally, her family has had a history of early menopause and Luisa now understands how and why her great grandmothers pain made an imprint and her healing experince + knowing she healed so her daughter will not have to.

This is profound, necessary work and Luisa and I are thrilled to bring you this story so you too can know what it’s like to play in the cosmos.

Luisa was a guest on episode 30 teaching us about human design.

I am celebrating my 5 year anniversary of my Breathwork training certification this week!

Wow, how my life has transformed over these past 5 years. I could not have dreamed this amount of magic and abundance was available to me. In this episode I share how cultivating a deep self trust  has been an integral part of my personal and spiritual growth journey.  Speaking of trust, I channeled Goddess Lilith this week and it was wild! It took a lot of self trust and surrender to allow such a powerful energy to literally move through me. It was a wild!
