Picture yourself standing on a deck overlooking a dense forest. The clouds darken. The birds fly down to shelter. Rain falls from the sky. Relax and close your eyes. Let the sounds of the rain storm pull away your anxiety. Focus on the sound of the tropical rain. Your heart rate slows. Everything is calm and serene.

Why I made this soundscape:

The rain storm sounds have become my favorite over the last month. Maybe because it’s rainy season here in Mexico. Still, there’s only so many times you can listen to the same storm. So here are two new ones. One has tropical birds and a more gentle rain. The one for sleep has no birds and the rain comes down much more constant.
