It’s nearly a new year. Sending so much Love to everyone and wishing all of you boundless blessings, thanksgiving, and closeness with God in 2026.

Today I’m sharing another video exploring the ever-present possibility of spiritual freedom.

The suggestion is that our ordinary experience takes place within a relatively narrow bandwidth of what is truly available to us. By exploring non-ordinary modes of experience here and now, we can ‘snap out’ of the heaviness of over-habituated normalcy and open to an all-present enchanted wonderland of wowness. This wonderland is not in any way apart from your everyday experience: It is your everyday experience seen with new eyes, fresh vision, the eyes of a babe or a holy fool.

May we open to a wider range of experiential modes, so as to discover non-separation. May this discovery lead us to end all war and set the kids free! May we live from wholeness in joyous celebration together! May we love all and see no enemies! May we gift our children and grandchildren the harmonious world of co-creative beauty that they deserve! Amen.

I recently had a deep and powerful conversation with my friend, Martijn Schirp — exploring death, Buddhism, psychedelics, service to Earth, and ways of bridging Christianity and Buddhism. Martijn has been on a deep journey in his life, and I respect his commitment to wisdom and service.

Martijn and I’s friendship goes back over a decade at this point: He co-founded Synthesis and HighExistence and was the one who first invited me to join the HighExistence team many years ago. As we approach Christmas, this feels like a good video to share with all of you.

Recorded a couple months ago in the forest-cathedral behind our home in Germany, this video holds a special place in my heart.

In it I sing some words from a favorite Christic song of mine, then I spend a while exploring how those words can be seen as pointing to a direct realization of ever-present, all-embracing grace.

The video is basically a guided exploration of fresh ways of seeing and experiencing this now-moment — your own immediate perception now. The suggestion is that by immersing in the less-commonly-known modes of experience that are described in the video, a great relief, lightening, and liberation can occur. In this freedom we discover the ‘highest form of magic,’ which is to recognize that the ‘lead’ of ordinary experience has always been the ‘gold’ we have truly longed for. Now is home, wholeness, love, peace, grace, artistry, wisdom, flow, and an ever-gurgling geyser of gorgeous inspiration.

Dear Friends,

I recorded this video a few weeks ago after a profound experience at Sauna Village, a local German healing space I love to visit.

Please note that what I describe in the video is not intended as an ‘Absolute Statement Of How Things Are,’ but as a simple description of the feeling-tone and phenomenology of what I experienced.

As time goes on I continue to discover that there seems to be no end of opening to what is. Every moment is a fresh revelation. All this nowness does is endlessly open into more of itself and explore itself, in ways that range from heartbreakingly human to immeasurably more-than-human, from excruciatingly painful to weightlessly free.

Paradoxically, though we may speak and write countless volumes about life, there is really nothing that can be said, on a deep level. Silence increasingly feels like the purest message. Words always miss.

All I can really say is, this miracle is here. Check it out. It’s unbelievable what is actually here, in every instant. Even boring-ness and mundane-ness are inconceivably rich, bizarre, and mind-melting. Life is both totally ordinary and unutterably strange.

I recommend to explore this ever-present aliveness in whatever ways resonate. I’d say you’re on a good track if your explorations lead you to feel more like yourself, more simple, more real, more free, more inspired, and more loving toward all beings, feeling less and less foundationally separate from everything and everyone.

Let’s end war on Earth and set the kids free! End all violence! End all drama within yourself so we can end the external drama! See no enemies! Befriend what is! Why not? What else is there to do but give our great-grandchildren the peaceful, harmonious, joyous, imaginative world they deserve?

Here is another video I made a few weeks ago on devotion—a topic that is precious in my heart. I see devotion as an ~indispensable volcanic inferno and love-engine on the path of wholeness-realization.

Much of modern ‘nonduality,’ while valuable, can feel overly dry and heady to me. It often feels like it’s missing that juicy heart-fire of devotion that really sinks it into the heart and body on deeper levels — thus allowing realization to become a living embodied weeping adoration that dances us and lives us and humanizes us, rather than remaining merely as a quasi-cerebral ‘seeing.’

Devotion is incredibly powerful as a spiritual force that deepens awakening and healing. This probably doesn’t show up the same for everyone, but in general I recommend exploring ways to practice/sing/pray/express deeper forms of Devotion to whatever (formless) form of Divinity most deeply resonates in your Heart. Listening to and singing along with my Christ Heart Medicine playlist is one of my most beloved modes of devotion.

Ramana Maharshi’s perspective on the inseparability of the paths of wisdom (jnana) and devotion (bhakti) hits home for me. In the absence of Devotion, spiritual/nondual inquiry can remain fairly heady/cerebral/intellectual. Devotion seems to ignite an Inner Heart Fire that burns away what is less true on all levels.

“Now is love. Now is grace. Soak it in. Let it in. Let the light in. It’s all around you. Take good care, my friend.”

The essence of this notion of ‘joyous inescapability’ is that presence is inescapable. It is hopeless that we will ever experience anything other than present-experiencing itself. Radiant nowness is what we have.

That turns out to be okay though! It turns out to be workable! And can even be quite joyful. Because rest is available. Now is home. Now is pure simplicity. So we can relax into not needing to ‘get some place else.’

Great love to you.

I recorded this guided meditation a few weeks ago for you. It is intended as a deep soul-medicine to heal the inner child and all parts and layers of your embodied being. It invites all of you Home to Grace.

I recommend to lie down in a dark room with one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly, close your eyes, and give this recording your full attention. You might also put on some ambient healing music in the background, if that calls to you. I hope this is a medicinal experience for you.

Here are some of the words I offer within:

“Letting the inner child fully know: you are so loved, you are so beautiful, I love you so much. I wouldn’t change a hair on your head.”

“Breathing this loving golden light, especially to the parts that feel the most rejected, the most forgotten, the most unloved or unworthy of love.”

Deep compassion for all of you.

This video is another one I recorded a few weeks ago: It essentially contains advanced guided instruction for accessing deeper spiritual freedom.

Please do note that a lot of these recent videos were recorded during the transcendence period of this recent arc—rather than the grounding back into human immanence part—so they may contain a subtle bias toward ‘modes of transcendence.’

That said, these videos still hold profound liberating potential, and that is why I’m sharing them. The main key is to remember that transcendence is immanence, immanence is transcendence: Your humanity is not ‘less real’ than what this exploration reveals. For me the completion of any liberating cycle is the return to Earth—where “mountains are again mountains and lakes are again lakes”—to “chop wood and carry water” and care for all beings. At its best, spiritual liberation makes us better human beings who see beyond ‘separation’ and thereby naturally help bring about world peace.
