A pandemic rolled in and showed us the best and worst of humanity. The conditions caused by this phenomenon allowed us to see the anxieties, injustice, misplaced priorities and discord. It also revealed the need to change and adapt more quickly than most thought possible, and reminded us what is really important. Human connection and it’s nemesis – conflict.

Conflict is all around us. People have different perspectives on how to solve a problem, or even what the problem is. They have different perspectives on goals and objectives and the best way to accomplish them.  It’s human nature to avoid difficult conversations, partly because they’re difficult and partly because we’re worried that having them could make things worse.
