Cousins on Crime

On November 2, 2015, a call came in to 911 in the small town of Pendleton, South Carolina. The caller, Amy Vilardi, had just made a horrifying discovery at her mother's house; all four residents in the home had been brutally murdered. What began as an open and shut investigation, quickly turned into a stale mate that would delay justice for a frustrated family for 8 long years.

In February 2025, police were called to an upscale apartment in Princeton, NJ where there was, reportedly, a dead body and a fire in one of the units. When they arrived, they realized that the fire was not the cause of death for the deceased and the truth was far more disturbing than anyone was prepared for.

When a 25-year-old woman was murdered in St. Cloud, Florida in 1991, police gathered what little evidence they could to find her killer. The problem was, the young woman lived a transient lifestyle, making it very difficult to narrow down the suspect pool. It would take over three decades and the help of DNA to finally get justice for Julia Wilbanks.
