Bringing light to people who are different is difficult to do. You have to see things from another perspective. Only when you realize that you are first loved by God, can you authentically love others.

Jesus invites you to join Him in the greatest adventure. This is the mission of touching and changing lives. He takes the initiative to seek you in a specific way and then asks you to make the effort to seek others.

A good neighbor is always there when you need them. Being a light to your neighborhood requires that you know your neighbors. Jesus instructs us to cross comfort zones and build relationships.

You cannot run the Christian race on your own. You need the wisdom, the encouragement, and the vitality that others can give. In the same way, there are others who need you to help pull them along.

There are valuable lessons to be learned from the older generation and faith-building lessons that will come from the younger generation. You will discover some amazing joys when you reach out to someone from a different generation.

One of the best things about God’s dream for the church is that it is a multi-generational dream. God’s plan challenges both younger and older generations to embrace a mentality that includes life and mission together.

God is generationally minded and He wants us to be as well. The Bible gives examples of where the baton was dropped and where it was seamlessly passed from one generation to the next.

If you think that heaven is going to be a boring place with only harps and white fluffy clouds, think again. The Bible describes heaven as a spectacular place where we will experience incredible worship, rewarding responsibility, and complete satisfaction.
