If you want to have the abundant life, you must live beyond yourself. When you share the love of Christ freely with others, then you really start to live. That’s when you experience the ultimate joy and blessing of God.

Following God’s plan is always a matter of the heart. You will experience God’s passion by moving past your own limitations, by being part of a team, and by putting your whole heart into the action.

It is one thing to accept the fact that God has called you to live beyond yourself. It is another thing to actually step out to the end of the diving board and jump. Yet, it is only by “jumping in” that you can find God’s good, pleasing, and perfect plan.

Yes, you are a priest. Every follower of Jesus is called to a specific mission in God’s kingdom. We are equipped and gifted to make the wonderful light of God known in this dark world. This is our calling and our purpose.

You have a choice when it comes to how you will live your life. You can take up the towel and follow the example of Jesus; or, you can hope to find fulfillment with money, success, and comfort. You only have one life, and it’s a huge gamble.
