This one’s a powerful conversation with Padraig Danaher, an occupational therapist from Cork who’s making waves in mental health.
Just a heads up — we do dive into some heavy topics, including suicide.
Padraig shares eye-opening insights on the rise of depression and anxiety and how society’s shift away from in-person connections has impacted mental health.
But what’s truly inspiring is his unique approach: action therapy over talk therapy, helping people rediscover joy as a path to real change.
This episode really hit home for me, and I think it will for you too.

My may have seen the post Dana White put up on his instagram after doing a 72hr fast where he could only drink salt water and bone broth.
He managed to drop quite a few kgs during the fast, but I was sceptical if the weight would be gained back after the fast was over.
So one of the Alpha Clan members decided to give it a crack, and this episode explains the process and the aftermath.
