You can say it represented a movement to follow one's dreams and align with others with similar beliefs and values. What exactly is a movement? A movement happens when people gather around a single idea or cause and do something about it. Some may call it a tribe which requires a leader. Davey Williams and Chris Salem will discuss how a movement creates a following of leaders with a common belief and value system, and thus does not create followers.
