In this solo episode I will share the benefits that colouring books add to our mental wellness.
Any time we need to lower stress or just focus, colouring an image is a simple way of relaxing.
I will also speak of special needs children and share the story of how an autistic boy found solace, calm and focus in colouring books. I will then share how to introduce colouring as a mindfulness practice to feel closer to your loved ones.

This book is drawn with love and attention to details. Every left page has a quote on top, a page of lines ready to be filled with notes or thoughts, and is followed by a right page with an image connected to the quote.
