As a certified personal trainer, group exercise instructor, and health and wellness coach, she lost 50lbs and transformed her lifestyle. Using her infectious energy, Cassandra has made it her mission to help individuals, groups, and organizations to live happier and healthier lives using methods and techniques that she uses herself. Originally from Ghana, Cassandra and mother, the founder of Kukuwafitness.com, organize yearly fitness and cultural excursions to Africa. These trips allow clients to travel Africa without a passport through music and dance.
