Tribal societies rely on collectivism and a sense of unity that elevate every member. The tribe protects and provides shelter for one another, cares for its elders and children, and otherwise thinks in terms of the good of the whole.

Nursing isn't an easy road, and nurses need support from family, friends, and colleagues in order to succeed and be happy. Creating your own tribe is one way to get there.
