Your OB or Midwife works for you. It's important that you feel like you are in control of your birth and experience, and not like you're being told what you have to do. The best way to ensure an experience that leaves you feeling like you are on the same page with your provider, and a birth where you felt empowered, is to interview your care provider.

I am a Jesus loving, baby-led, peacemaking, boy mom to an almost 4 year old with our second on the way, and a wife of almost 10 years. I was born and raised in PA, but have since lived in SC, CA, MD, NM, and all over TX. I love to read, travel, exercise, talk about caring for the body naturally, and watch TV! I also enjoy a coffee & connection time with other mamas.
