Breakups can be painful enough without making the healing process harder than it needs to be. In this episode, I’m sharing the breakup mistakes I’ve made, from staying in contact with my ex and seeking male validation to romanticizing the past and trying to heal on my own instead of fully surrendering to God.
After experiencing two very different breakups, including one with my now-husband, I’ve learned a lot about what it actually looks like to heal, process your emotions, and trust God with the outcome.

First off, let me just address the fact that the audio in this podcast is not great because the microphone is not working... technical difficulties happen when I’m the only one working on this pod. Anyway lol...
In this episode, we look at John 9–11 and talk about suffering, trusting God when we don’t have answers, surrendering outcomes, and how grief and joy can coexist. I also answer questions you have asked me like: How do I trust God’s timing when everything feels like it’s falling apart? When does grieving become dwelling? How do I find true joy in the Lord during a trial?
I’m exposing the mistakes I’ve made in dating, relationships, and breakups, and the lessons I wish I had learned sooner. From seeking validation and ignoring red flags to unhealthy attachment, unclear boundaries, and struggling to let go, I’m sharing what I got wrong and how God has used those experiences to grow me. If you’re dating, in a relationship, healing from a breakup, or simply navigating relationships, I hope this reminds you that your mistakes don’t have to define you. God can redeem them!!

Have you ever felt like you should be further along by now? In a podcast in 2024, I talked about three things I was struggling with: feeling hopeless about the future, social anxiety, and getting distracted easily. A few years later, I’m still working through some of these things, but I’ve also realized that growth doesn’t always happen as quickly as we expect.
In this episode, I share what these struggles have looked like for me, what has helped, and how I’m learning to give myself grace while continuing to grow with the Lord.

In this episode, I share what God has been teaching me about surrendering fear, trusting His plan, and remembering that He is bigger than anything we’re facing.

Have you ever had something in your life that you knew wasn’t good for you, but you just couldn’t seem to let it go? In this episode, we’re talking about John 8, where Jesus meets a woman caught in adultery . We’ll explore what it means to be “slaves to sin” without even realizing it, the things that can slowly take over our hearts like relationships, approval, social media, and success, and how Jesus doesn’t shame us in our struggles, but invites us into real freedom and transformation.

After going from a breakup to marrying my ex, I’m sharing my story and the questions I believe are important to ask before thinking about getting back together. This episode isn’t about giving false hope or telling you what decision to make, but about seeking God first, examining your motives, looking for genuine change, and surrendering the outcome to Him.

I share how my fitness journey shifted from chasing the perfect physique to learning to honor the body God gave me. We talk about body image, comparison, chronic pain, social media, modesty, and why true confidence isn't found in how you look but in who you are in Christ. If you've ever struggled to balance health with identity, I hope this episode reminds you that your worth was never meant to be measured by your body.
