After Graduating from Uni with a BA in Business, Beth started her career within the fragrance industry.

During her 20 year tenure, Beth excelled in multiple roles including UK Sales Director and Global Account Management of the worlds most renowned Fine Fragrance and Beauty Care Brands.

Beth’s passion for travel, client and team connection has seen her live and work in various locations such as Paris, New York, Singapore and London, where she currently resides.

It was Beth’s devotion to develop, mentor and coach her teams over the years that has enabled her to become the experienced leadership coach she is today.

Beth is now on a mission to readdress the gender balance in senior leadership in the corporate world.
She is passionate about supporting ambitious women increase their confidence & fast-track their career.
And developed a holistic approach to people management that is game-changing! The antidote of traditional, generic leadership trainings that leave participants feeling unseen, under valued and none the wiser.
