She feels we all need to learn to give ourselves the grace and space to heal from trauma, breathe through the tough stuff, and create meaningful lives and love. She wrote a poetry book on love that focuses on all the beautiful elements of life untainted by trauma and mental health.

Candy and I spoke of journeying through change and what we can take forward with us and what we need to accept has changed.
