CrimeWaves

In time for the US Congressional Hearings into the origins of Covid, we re-release this series - The Slow-Motion Chernobyl.
Originally broadcast in February/March 2022, it was censored and blocked on Twitter and LinkedIn.
Please listen. You will hear the true story of the Wuhan research laboratory complex.  You will not hear partisan political attacks but just the facts.   You will hear about the extraordinary censorship from film festivals to mainstream journalism to social media sites to the World Health Organization all to prevent you from knowing the true story of Covid.

Listen.  Comment. Subscribe.

And, as always, if there are any errors please let us know.  Unlike the agents of censorship, we will correct any mistakes!

The inside story of the most preventable, human-made disaster in history: the Covid virus that has affected countries around the world and killed somewhere between 18 and 24 million people.
In our first episode - 'The Silent Chernobyl' - we showed how laboratory leaks occur frequently across the world but in China the safety standards are so low that it is common practice for some technicians to sell lab animals to local butchers for meat.   We examined the grotesque lack of professional standards in Chinese medical  labs - researching, against all common sense, dangerous viruses.
In the second episode - ‘The Big Lie’ - we showed how Communist Chinese officials suppressed any investigation that may show the incompetence of their research infrastructure.
Throughout these episodes -  we told the stories of what happened in China using their words of the extraordinary whistleblowers like Chen Qiushi or  Zhang Zhan - who have been imprisoned, tortured and possibly killed for their work in exposing the appalling response by the Communist officials.
In this third episode, we examine how the Communist Chinese regime has been aided in their cover up by some of the largest international organizations, media companies and scientists.
We call it ‘The Big Silence’...

The Head of the CIA has just announced - finally! - that Covid originated from the Wuhan Laboratory Complex.

Finally - because this is what we at CrimeWaves said three years ago.  At that point, we were shadow banned and censored on both Twitter and LinkedIn at the time of broadcast.

This is the re-release of our series 'The Slow-Motion Chernobyl'.  It tells the story  of the origin of the disease in a ridiculously stupid playing-at-God scientific experiment, the shockingly bad conditions inside Chinese research labs and the world censorship that took in Hollywood, academic articles and book publishing.

This episode is particularly painful. It tells the story of the Chinese citizens who risked their lives to tell the truth about Covid.

The world has, largely, forgotten their sacrifices.

Listen and be shocked and moved by their courage.

**

These are the photos of Chinese whistleblowers and citizen journalists.
All of them, and thousands more, have gone to prison camps because they wanted to bring you the truth about the appalling conditions in Wuhan during the early days of Covid.
We examine the massive Communist Chinese campaign of disinformation - The Big Lie.  It stretches from the hospitals and laboratories of Wuhan, to Chinese prison-camps, to international film festivals, western social media companies and to the World Health Organization.
All to make sure there is little informed debate about why the Covid epidemic occurred and how we can stop from happening again.

This week (January 2025) the CIA announced that they believe the origin of Covid came from a laboratory leak.

"Our intelligence, our science and our common sense all really dictate that the origins of Covid was a leak at the Wuhan Institute of Virology."

Finally.

Three years after CrimeWaves released our series - The Slow-Motion Chernobyl.

These are episodes that we, at CrimeWaves Podcast are both very proud of - the research is in-depth, shocking and has been proven absolutely correct - and still traumatized.   For this series and CrimeWaves was deliberately censored and shadowbanned by both Twitter/X and LinkedIn at the time of broadcast.

Please listen, you will hear nothing partisan, no personal or political attacks but it is the story of the greatest man-made plague in human history.

It was a slow motion Chernobyl.
Here is what, the balance of probabilities tells us about the origins of this Covid epidemic that haunts us all.
It was the worst industrial accident in the history of humanity.
In general, Chinese laboratory technicians are so badly trained, so ill-paid and so mis-guided that some of them used to sell infected research animals to local butchers.
The specific virologists in Wuhan lab played God. They created super-virulent viruses, more powerful than anything natural.
Their methods like “finding a gas leak with a match”.
Their science so misguided nine years ago an academic warned of an 80% chance of a global epidemic.
When the near-inevitable leak came, they covered it up.
The Communist Chinese jailed anyone brave enough to warn the world.
The World Health Organization (WHO) helped them.
More than 12 million people have died and continue to die.
It could happen again.
On crimewavespodcast.com - we examine, in a special five-part series, the ‘Crime of the Century’ - how it occurred and how it was covered-up.

Jennifer Dulos, a mother of five, disappeared one morning. She dropped off her children at school and then was gone.

She was in the middle of a heated divorce with her glamorous, and seemingly-wealthy husband.  Then on Friday, May 24, 2019 - at approximately 8:30 a.m. she vanished without a trace.

The Connecticut police faced a seemingly impossible task: how to investigate a murder with no body.

Rich Colangelo was the lead prosecutor of the case and in an exclusive interview he speaks about the extraordinary investigation to find the truth about the disappearance of Jennifer Dulos.

It was the most famous murder mystery in the world.

Two young women, one, British, Meredith Kercher, murdered, the other American, Amanda Knox, falsely accused.

There were rumors of sexual games and orgies - all with the backdrop of the gorgeous, Italian renaissance town of Perugia.

The problem was - almost none of it was true.  The case gave way to seventeen-years of trials, mistrials, newspaper stories and scandals.

Now, for one of the first times in the podcast world - a forensic investigator looks at the evidence, how it was gathered and how a real investigation should have been done.

It is a bad time for Boeing.

Yesterday, there was - yet again - a deadly crash featuring one of their airplanes.

In June, the once mighty American plane manufacturer - pleaded guilty to a conspiracy of organized criminal fraud. Their executives were not enforcing a culture of safety and covered up potentially risky work at their factories.

This conviction was after two earlier crashes that killed hundreds of people,  a high-profile international embarrassment that left two astronauts stranded in space and dozens of safety incidents.

However, some Boeing employees claim they tried to warn senior managers about safety problems. Their lawyer - Brian Knowles - in an exclusive interview with CrimeWaves speaks about the company and one whistleblower’s courageous fight for passenger safety.

It is the biggest and most under-reported story in the history of sport.

In time for the Paris Olympics, we re-release an exclusive interview with one of the world's best investigators in sports integrity and the appalling crime syndicate that ran international track and field.

For years, there was "a mafia" at the heart of international athletics.   Runners, coaches and officials were coerced, corrupted and forced to pay millions of dollars in bribes.

Events at the Olympics, World Championships, and national contests around the world were arranged.

The thief?  The head of the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF), the organization that ran all these events, and some of his top officials.

An exclusive interview with one of the investigators, Martin Dubbey,  who exposed the criminal extortion scheme at the top of the world of sports.

"Not every coach is a pedophile, but every pedophile wants to be a coach."

For the Paris Olympics, a re-issue of an extraordinary interview with the great Nancy Hogshead about the silent plague in sports.

There is rampant sexual, physical and mental abuse of athletes across sports, countries and cultures.
Very few people speak about it.  They want to pretend that our young people are safe in a glamorous sports world, when the truth is often the opposite.

One person has led the fight to stop this appalling behaviour - Nancy Hogshead.
She is a fighter.   A triple Olympic gold medalist, who has spent her career battling to protect athletes.
If you are an athlete, know an athlete, or are the parent of an athlete - this is a shocking story.

WARNING: This episode contains references to sexual abuse.
