Crossroads - Weekend Messages

The Israelites have been gearing up for battle for a while now -- 40 years, in fact. And we’ve been ready and waiting, too, as we’ve followed their journey. Well, it’s finally time for the first battle in the Promised Land: the famed battle of Jericho. But the battle for Jericho isn’t like any battle you’ve ever seen because God has a crazy plan to defeat a previously undefeatable city and honor the obedience of his children, all at the same time. If you’ve ever felt like your back is against a wall, things aren’t going the way you want, and you need God to move mountains, you don’t want to miss this fresh take on a famous story … you won’t regret it or forget it or forget it.

When the children of Israel crossed the Jordan River, God had them erect memorial stones so that they would always remember His work and ways. The Lord knows that without these memorials, we, too, are prone to forget how mightily He has worked in our lives over the years.
