As Jim noted at the beginning of the broadcast, "The abortion express train was headed down the track at lightning speed. Vice President Kamala Harris had kicked off her so-called 'Reproductive Rights Tour' right here in Wisconsin on the anniversary of Roe v. Wade. Legacy media did their part to be sure that the tracks were clear, that the gates were open and nothing better try and stop this locomotive. She made it very clear that it was her goal to implement Roe v. Wade on a federal level and force medical doctors and institutions to participate in the killing of the pre-born, even if it violated their own conscience with moral and religious objections. She didn't care, but the American people did, hitting the emergency brake on her express, thus giving another opportunity for the protection of human life." Returning with a current look at the pro-life movement and agenda, Crosstalk welcomed back Brad Mattes. Brad is president of Life Issues Institute which was founded in 1991 to serve the educational needs of the pro-life movement. Brad is president of the International Right to Life Federation and a frequent international speaker and lecturer on abortion and related life issues. Brad is the host of Life Issues, a daily radio commentary, also the weekly Straight Talk on Life Issues and has produced numerous radio specials standing for life. It's been five weeks since the election and the pro-abortion lobby has to be shocked because of the re-election of Donald Trump. This is certainly not the result Planned Parenthood expected because their 'seat at the table' has been pulled out from underneath them.

Listeners rounded out the broadcast with their thoughts as well. --Mark Scarsi, a Trump appointed Judge, ripped into the decision by President Biden to pardon his son Hunter in a filing saying that when the president has brought authority, he cannot rewrite history. --The Biden White House is considering preemptive pardons carefully weighing the extraordinary step of handing blanket pardons. --Federal authorities have arrested an Arizona man in San Diego who threatened to put a hole in Trump's face. --Acting Secret Service Director Ronald Rowe was grilled by Republican Representative Pat Fallon as part of an investigation by the Congressional Task Force set up to examine the two attempts on the life of Donald Trump. --The U.S. Capitol Police arrested a congressional staffer on Monday after he was caught trying to smuggle ammo into a House office building. --Sunday evening Israeli fighter jets intercepted an Iranian plane over Syria, suspected of transporting weapons to Hezbollah. --The Israeli military launched a wave of air strikes in Lebanon Monday evening after Hezbollah launched two mortars at the Mount Dov area for the first time since the cease-fire between Israel and the Iran-backed terror group took effect last week. --Egypt has presented Hamas with an updated proposal to free some of the roughly 100 remaining hostages and initiate a cease-fire in Gaza. --Iranian state media highlighting Tehran's decision to activate centrifuges linked to its nuclear program.

Mat Staver is Founder & Chairman of Liberty Counsel. Mat is a constitutional attorney with three landmark cases before the U.S. Supreme Court. He is an author and the host of the radio broadcasts Faith & Freedom and Freedom's Call. Just a few hours ago (as of the airing of this program), the United States Supreme Court heard oral arguments for United States v. Skrmetti, which some have called the most important case of this term. It is a case that will determine if a Tennessee law that protects children from harmful puberty blockers, hormones, and medically mutilating surgeries is constitutional. This case could have vast implications for other states with similar laws protecting children. Listen to hear Mat Staver's analysis and pray for the outcome.

Jim began this edition of Crosstalk asking for prayer regarding an important Supreme Court case being heard tomorrow (12/4). There will be oral arguments presented in a case dealing with the Tennessee law banning irreversible gender transition procedures for children. Governor Lee of Tennessee had signed Senate Bill 1 into law in March of 2023. It went into effect in July of that year. The legislation bans doctors or health care providers from performing so-called gender affirming surgeries or hormonal procedures on minors. The Biden administration joined together with the ACLU and several teenage plaintiffs suing to stop this law. A Tennessee District Court initially blocked it in April of 2023 but in September, a Sixth Circuit Court upheld Tennessee's protections for children and the Supreme Court took up the case in June of this year. The case is known as United States v. Skrmetti. When something bizarre is spoken or takes place, we often respond with the question: What in the world? The remainder of this program dealt with news stories that, from a Christian perspective, cause us to want to express the same question. Examples included: After repeatedly insisting that he would never pardon his son (Jim provided proof via audio cuts), President Biden has pardoned Hunter Biden for any and all crimes that he committed over the last decade. A very distraught group of Wisconsin women gathered on November 9th at a park in Whitefish Bay, filming themselves during a primal scream gathering to express their frustration with Donald Trump's victory in the 2024 presidential election.

Dr. David Brown, Pastor Emeritus of the First Baptist Church in Oak Creek, has a Masters in Theology and a PhD in History, specializing in the history of the English Bible. In addition to his study of the English Bible he is also president of Logos Communications Consortium. For years he has conducted research on witchcraft and the occult. He has written various research papers on topics such as, The Dark Facts About Fantasy Role Playing Games. In the 1990's, a Pokémon craze broke out that came to the West later that decade. Then in 2016, Pokémon Go came about and took the world by storm and guess what? That storm is resurging. Jim noted that in 2019, there were 1.5 billion Pokémon cards printed. That more than doubled in 2020 to 3.2 billion cards. Then it more than tripled by 2023 to 9.7 billion cards printed that single year. That's aside from the Pokémon toys, mugs, lunchboxes, watches, hats, gloves, sleeping bags, bedding sets, plush toys, clothing items, video games, cartoons, DVD's and more. Dr. Brown began by noting another shocking statistic. There are more than 90 million people involved in one of the aspects of Pokémon. 39% of those are women with the rest being men. So people of all ages are involved with the average age being 24. Dr. Brown described Pokémon as occultic and immoral. Parents don't seem to understand this and that would be due to the lack of a biblical worldview. Dr. Brown speaks from that perspective as he talks about the doctrine that's being advocated by Pokémon, what values are being promoted, the power behind it all, the origins of the characters and whether this is an agenda being pushed on our children.

Yet when you look at this group's site, it uses the guise of religion and religious language in the section "God Made All of Us" to promote four more years of President Joe Biden. The group's goal is to fight back against Christian Nationalists.
